No one is coming
What will we do if no one is coming? Will we act intentionally to co-create the future for South Australia that we desire or will we sleep-walk into the future? What is it about being human that will enable us to bring about the desired business environment and social communities of the future?
Led by an engaging and diverse panel, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the conversation and to take action in your own businesses and communities. Is it the bystander effect that causes us to stand back and leave it to others? What part does our mindset – Growth or Fixed Mindset – play in our capacity to act, innovate and lead? Do we as humans have an innate immunity to change? Will the complexity and fear of failure cause us to be paralysed and not to act?
This will be a lively conversation about finding our way through complexity and test our capacity to hold multiple perspectives. No one is coming. It is up to us.
