Do you see what I see? The impact of gender stereotypes at work
For decades organisations and businesses have heavily invested in programs that aim to increase women’s participation in leadership roles and decrease the gender pay gap. Despite this, our national gender pay gap sits at 16% with our economy losing around $300bn a year.
The answer to bridging the gender divide has been primarily to equip women with the skills and confidence required for masculine organisational cultures. In this Future Enterprise session we will challenge current policy and procedures and explore ways we can achieve meaningful equality. With a keynote speech from Atena Abrahimzadeh we will unpack the true impact of gender inequality and create new pathways for addressing the status quo.
