Troy has 25 years sales experience and have spent the past decade helping business leaders develop and implement aligned business and strategic plans. Troy has post-graduate qualifications in management, coaching and mentoring, and has supported clients in over 100 industry sectors including B2B, B2C, government and not-for- profit. In supporting clients, Troy custom-builds and facilitates strategy and; planning workshops, alignment and governance health checks, and advises clients on effective sales and customer experience strategies. Troy is also the creator and Managing Director of Parcel Nest Pty Ltd.
