The Art of Flying Kites
A performance by sound and video artists exploring the role of aural and visual synthesis and stimulation on visual perception and experience
The City exceeds building in as much as music exceeds sound. This project explores ways in which the world is seen by each individual from one moment to the next. The Art of Flying Kites is a sound and vision project. The project encourages individuals to experience the performance in their own way, in direct contrast to the passive listening/watching position of a traditional performance.
