Mr Warren Phillips is a Senior Development Manager with Landcorp. Western Australia’s Land and Development Agency. Warren is one of the leaders of Landcorp’s ‘Innovation Through Demonstration’ initiative that champion sustainable land and infrastructure development practices and cutting edge technologies. His current projects include White Gum Valley, a large urban infill site which will be home to a demonstration ‘baugruppen’ (building group) project self-developed by future residents.
