Stephen Yarwood is a well-known and respected contemporary Urban Planner who consults internationally on urban futures, innovation and change in cities. From 2010 to 2014 he was the Lord Mayor of Adelaide. His emphasis on collaboration with the private sector and State Government delivered many outcomes and saw Adelaide recognised internationally as an innovative destination by Lonely Planet, National Geographic and The New York Times. His expertise is in strategic planning, governance, smart cities, urban change and the transformation of city centres.
Stephen has broad and practical knowledge in the fields of the share economy and the driving forces, trends, issues and opportunities associated with technology and its relationship to infrastructure planning, good urbanism and smart citizens.
