Dr Shane Hearn is a Noongar man born in Esperance, Western Australia.

He is a thought leader, systems thinker with extensive experience in Aboriginal affairs, across numerous sectors including policy, education, health and corporate, with specialist skills in research/evaluation, stakeholder engagement, as a knowledge broker, communication and PR, governance, strategy/policy development, program management, and the development of social marketing campaigns.
