Chris Mentzel is a socially-responsible entrepreneur with a background in computer science and Web system design. Chris is the principal planner for HINA, a 700 MW renewable energy system, which is designed to provide the 150,000 residents of the island of Maui with 100% renewable energy. He is also collaborating with Himin Solar on its global endeavours and the distribution of solar cookers to emerging nations.
